When going borrower paid you MUST charge a value under the LPC
Your minimum BPC charge needs to account for the GCI minimum of $695, internal processing fee of $795 if applicable, and LO compensation that you want to earn
Self-Gen Comp is selected individually and adjustable every 90 days - you can choose a set value between .5% and 2.75%
Company -Gen Comp is pre-set at 1.25% and always available to use
ONLY loans under 90% LTV can be submitted on the correspondent channel
UWM NDC pricing portal is missing .255% margin on NON-QM products, ensure to account for it when you are pricing

Non-Delegated Correspondent (NDC) - Groves processing will always charge the $795 processing lender fee to the client.
Broker / Wholesale Loans - MLO cannot charge the processing fee to the client if using a Groves processor, the fee will come out of the MLO's commssion.
Broker / Wholesale Loans - MLO can use a third party processor to charge the processing fee to the client, reach out to [email protected] for third party processing approval or recommendations.
Self Processing - Self processing is only approved on the Broker / Wholesale Channel, the MLO will need to reach out [email protected] for self processing approval. The MLO cannot charge an additonal fee when self processing.
